The BRAGG™ Experience is an eight-session development experience for accomplished women who want to identify what their experience demonstrates, communicate their value more accurately, and apply that evidence to the opportunities they are prepared to pursue.
BE Responsible for Amplifying God's Greatness.
BRAGG™ is designed for women who have accumulated experience, responsibility, accomplishments, and expertise but do not always communicate the full value of what they have done or what they are capable of doing next.
BRAGG™ gives you a structured process for examining what you have already done and determining what that experience qualifies you to communicate and pursue.
The BRAGG™ Experience is designed to produce usable work, not simply conversation about confidence.
Each session develops a different part of the framework while connecting what you learn to your professional, business, leadership, and personal goals.
Examine the identity you have developed beyond titles, roles, responsibilities, and other people's expectations. Establish your starting point and begin your BRAGG™ Blueprint.
Examine the choices, boundaries, habits, decisions, and responsibilities connected to the way you lead yourself and move toward your next opportunity.
Identify where you minimize your contribution and develop clearer ways to communicate your ideas, accomplishments, expertise, and perspective.
Examine the beliefs and external expectations that influence how you measure your worth and reconnect your identity to whose you are.
Build a detailed inventory of gifts, accomplishments, results, knowledge, leadership, and experiences that provide evidence of what you bring to the table.
Practice using your evidence in real situations where you need to advocate, make an ask, pursue an opportunity, explain your contribution, or make yourself more visible.
Determine what deserves your time, energy, expertise, and visibility while strengthening how you show up in the rooms and relationships connected to your goals.
Review your evidence, complete your BRAGG™ Declaration, identify the opportunity you are prepared to pursue next, and establish how you will continue practicing BRAGG™.
A working record of your identity, evidence, development areas, and priorities.
Documented examples of results, contributions, responsibilities, leadership, and expertise.
Clearer ways to explain what you have done, what you know, and why it matters.
Specific areas where your voice, work, expertise, or ideas need greater visibility.
A defined opportunity or goal that connects directly to the evidence you have identified.
A written declaration reflecting what you recognize, own, and are prepared to amplify.
The application will be different for every woman. The evidence you develop can support decisions and opportunities across several areas of your professional and personal life.
Communicate measurable contribution, leadership, responsibility, and readiness for advancement.
Translate years of experience into evidence that supports a higher-level position or professional transition.
Explain your expertise, results, and differentiation so potential clients can understand your value.
Identify the experience and perspective that establish credibility for panels, media, speaking, and thought leadership.
Communicate decisions, ideas, expertise, and contribution more effectively in rooms where your perspective matters.
Recognize when accumulated knowledge and experience can become a book, program, presentation, business, or other body of work.
